Welcome to Know the Chef's shipping policy! We strive to get our homemade Italian and French recipes and sweet treats to you as soon as possible. Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Know the Chef. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to process. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
