Turkey Sliders

Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground turkey
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
¾ tsp each of parsley & oregano plus the finch of pepper
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
2 tbsp milk
1 egg
4-5 leaves of baby spinach
8 slider buns
4 slices of American cheese (sliced in half and then folded)
4 slices of cooked bacon, halved
Halved cherry tomatoes
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs with spices and cheese.
In a medium bowl, combined ground turkey with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
Add milk and eggs. Mix completely.
Shape into 8 equal balls and then flatten slightly. Transfer to a cookie sheet and chill for about an hour.
Prepare the grill for medium cooking. This should take about 5 minutes.
Add a BBQ grill pan to the grill and place the sliders on the grill.
Grill the sliders for about 5 minutes a side or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Turn off the grill and add ½ of the folder cheese to each slider, close the grill cover to slightly melt the cheese.
Remove the sliders to a clean plate.
Place the slider bottoms on a serving plate. Top with the cooked sliders; add the spinach and 2 half pieces of bacon on top. Place the top of the slider bun. Add half of a cherry tomato on top and skewer it in place.
Serve warm.
