Poached Hamburgers

Ingredients:
1 sweet onion
2 cups of beef broth
1 lb. minced meat divided into 4 equal portions
4 brioche buns
Condiments: Mustard, or Ketchup with creamy horse radish
Directions:
Chop the onion and add it to a skillet. Add the beef broth to the skillet. Cook the onion in the broth for 10 minutes.
Roll the minced meat into round balls and add them to the onion broth mixture.
Flaten the meat balls with a spatula and cook for 5 minutes. Turn them over and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the hamburgers and place them on the bottom of the buns.
Add your chosen condiment. Top with horse radish and add some of the poached onions.
Serve while still warm.
