2 six-inch sub buns (see recipe in the bread section for homemade buns)
8 thinly sliced eye of the round or to your liking.
4 ozs of beef gravy (McCormick)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive oil to brush on insides of buns

Dried Oregano for garish
Directions:
Prepare the tomatoes and lettuce.
Fry the meat in a skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil until cooked through. Add the gravy to the skillet and cook until warm.
Slice the buns lengthwise and brush the insides with olive oil.
Add the cooked meat to inside of the buns and top with gravy and the cheese.
With the oven on broil, place the prepared subs on a cookie sheet and broil
