Hot Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:
4 slices of white sandwich bread
8 ozs of sliced, precooked chicken
1 12 oz carton of store-bought chicken gravy (such as McCormick’s) or BBQ gravy of your choice.
1 cup of steamed green peas
Directions:
Divide chicken equally on top of one slice of bread. Cover the bread on top of the chicken.
Heat gravy or BBQ sauce. Pour desired amount on top of the sandwich.
Add the peas on top of each sandwich.
Serve warm with French fries and Cole slaw (with is one of the recipes on this site)
