Baked Beans
Ingredients: 5 slices of thick, cooked bacon cut in thirds 3 slices of bread torn 1 small, sweet onion chopped & sauteed until soft 1 tbsp of minced ginger2 ½ tsp chili powder 1 15oz can of crushed tomatoes 3 tbsp of molasses 1 tbsp of low-sodium soya sauce 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 1 tsp of mustard powder Salt & pepper to taste 2 15 oz cans of pinto beans drained and rinsed 1 15 oz can of navy beans, undrained Directions: Place bacon in a food processor and pulse to la
