Mushrooms Browned to Perfection

Ingredients:
1 large package of whole mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
White wine splashes as needed to get desired texture and color
Instructions:
Bruch mushrooms clean under tap water and remove just the end of the stems.
Dry off any excess water with paper towel.
Slice the mushrooms to desired thickness.
Heat oil in a frying pan and add the sliced mushrooms, season with salt & pepper.
As the mushrooms cook, continue to splash a few drops of wine at a time as it is absorbed and mushrooms are fully cooked. This is the secret to browned mushrooms with great taste.
This is a great side dish pared with a good BBQed steak.
