Homemade Pesto

Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh basil washed and patted dry
2/3 cups of freshly grated parmigano cheese
1/3 cup of pine nuts
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp of black truffle oil
Directions:
Using a food processor, add all of the ingredients above. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Pour into one glass freezer safe container (would serve 6 people in a pasta dish of your choice), or pour into 4, 2 oz glass freezer safe containers (this would serve as a delicate topping to some dishes, such as sliced tomatoes with fresh mozzarella).
I choose the small containers in this particular instance.
