Tangy Coleslaw Made Easy

Ingredients:
½ cup white vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp each of dry mustard, salt and pepper
1 16 oz bag of store-bought shredded cabbage/carrot coleslaw
1 Granny Smith apple shredded with skin
Dried parsley for garnish
Directions:
Place coleslaw and shredded apple in a large bowl.
Whisk together the vinegar, sugar, oil, and spices.
Pour over the coleslaw and mix well.
Top with parsley.
